Anmol Yatra Tour & Travels (operating under legal entity Anmol Yatra Tour & Travels Tour & Travels, headquartered in Tapovan, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand) acts as an independent pilgrimage tour organizer, vehicle rental agency, and mountain travel facilitator.
By requesting a quote, confirming an itinerary, paying an advance token, or boarding an allocated vehicle, the customer (referred to as "Passenger", "Client", or "Lead Traveler") enters into a legally binding contract governed by these Terms & Conditions.
Advance Token & Offline Settlement Transparency
To maintain absolute pricing transparency and protect pilgrims from unexpected gateway surcharge fees, Anmol Yatra Tour & Travels operates strictly without automated online payment gateways.

Char Dham Biometric Registration & Tourist Care Passes
In compliance with Uttarakhand State Tourism Regulations, all pilgrims visiting Kedarnath, Badrinath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri must possess a valid Uttarakhand Yatra Registration Card (Tourist Care Pass).
Important Pilgrim Responsibility:
While our 24/7 travel desk provides complimentary guidance, the traveler is responsible for providing authentic government photo IDs (Aadhaar/Passport). Anmol Yatra Tour & Travels is not responsible if temple entry is denied by state authorities due to unapproved slot dates or forged identity documents.
Fleet Regulations, Green Permits & Hill Driving Protocols
- Uttarakhand Commercial Green Permit: Every Innova Crysta, Maruti Ertiga, Swift Dzire, and Tempo Traveller in our commercial fleet carries mandatory commercial fitness permits and green cards for Char Dham mountain passes.
- No Night Mountain Driving: Due to extreme terrain risks, government transport rules prohibit commercial passenger travel on high-altitude ghat roads between 8:00 PM and 5:00 AM.
- Mountain AC Policy: Air conditioning is switched off during steep uphill hill ascents to ensure proper vehicle engine power and cooling. AC operates freely on plains and gentle mountain valleys.
- Route Alterations: Fixed tour rates apply strictly to the agreed itinerary. Any unscheduled detour or side trip requested will incur standard per-kilometer extra billing.
Force Majeure, Landslides & Mountain Roadblocks
Himalayan pilgrimages operate across active geological corridors subject to cloudbursts, sudden landslides, flooding, snowstorms, or governmental road traffic stops.
Operational Policy During Delays:
If a route is blocked by district authorities or landslides, Anmol Yatra Tour & Travels drivers and coordinators will assist with rerouting or safe halt arrangements. Any additional expenses incurred for extra hotel nights, meals, or extended vehicle retention days beyond the original booked itinerary are payable directly by the client.
Baggage Responsibility & Altitude Fitness Advisory
Kedarnath Dham is located at an altitude of 3,583 meters (11,755 ft), Badrinath at 3,300 meters, and Yamunotri at 3,291 meters. Travelers with respiratory conditions, asthma, or cardiac histories must obtain medical clearance before embarking on trekking or pony climbs.
Luggage Capacity: Standard vehicle capacity permits 1 medium trolley bag (up to 15 kg) and 1 small backpack per passenger. Passengers are solely responsible for their personal valuables, cameras, jewelry, and wallets throughout the tour.
Legal Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These terms and all tour operations are governed exclusively by the laws of Uttarakhand, India. In the rare event of an unresolved dispute, the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Rishikesh / Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
